Hosted by Groundswell Oregon, a network of oral historians, activists, storytellers, cultural workers, community organizers, and documentary artists. Groundswell's mission is to provide mutual support, training, and resources in the practice of applied, community-based oral history in order to build the creativity and power of social justice movements.
The event is a fundraiser for Groundswell's scholarship fund for the 2015: Oral History for Movement Building Network Gathering at this year's Allied Media Conference.
